Low carb granola

Ingredients

Serves two, DF, GF

  • 2 cups mixed nuts and seeds

  • I used ½ cup almonds, ½ cup cashews, ¼ cup sunflower, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts and walnuts

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • Zest and juice of half an orange

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil - melted

  • Handful shredded coconut

 

Instructions

Chop up nuts and seeds in food processor. Mix all the other ingredients in and bake on 180 degrees for 20 mins. can make all the difference.
