This is a typical week for me. I’ll often do variations of each type of meal each week, for example a different type of curry on a Monday and a different type of pulse on a Wednesday. Most of the recipes here are on my website. I tend to make double meals of the curry and freeze for another week. I’ll make extra quinoa on a Monday and use this for the salad on a Tuesday. We always have a roast in the weekend and I use this to make stock and do extra roast veggies to use throughout the week for salads and in frittatas. Hope this helps you with some new meal ideas.
