Chocolate or Berry Chia Pudding

This is another different option for breakfast to avoid relying on breakfast cereals to start the day. Also low carb for those who are in to that… Can be done two ways - either berry flavour or chocolate almond. Enjoy

Ingredients

GF DF, Serves 2

1/4 cup chia seeds

One can coconut cream (I used TCC)

1/2 cup berries or 1/2 tablespoon cacao powder + 1 tablespoon almond butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender, then poor into two glasses or jars. Add into each jar two tablespoons of chia seeds and put in the fridge to set for at least half an hour.

Serve with crushed nuts and berries on top or yoghurt.
