Overnight Oats with three flavours

This recipe is perfect if you have busy mornings and need to grab something for on the go. When you make it put it in jars - then just grab it as you head out the door

Recipe

For 6 servings

1 cup of oats

4tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds (or crushed walnuts).

2/3 cup plain yoghurt

1.5 cups milk (dairy o plant based)

Choice of flavouring:

Chocolate = 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder + 1 teaspoon cinnamon and vanilla + 1 bnana

Berry = 1 cup berries + 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and vanilla

Carrot and apple = 1 carrot steamed and 1 apple grated

Instructions

Mix together in a bowl. Then Put in blender yoghurt, milk and flavourings. You could put a teaspoon of maple syrup if you really need to. If your really keen can even put a handful of spinach in there with the chocolate flavour or a bit of grated cauliflower in the berry version (Im always keen for some extra veggies at breakfast - no one will notice…) mix the blended ingredients with dry then put in a container and seal and leave overnight. Top with some nut butter very easy quick grab and go breakfast.
