Cauliflower Bites
These cauliflower bites are a great way of getting veggies into kids or people that just don’t like veggies. Quite delicious. Unfortunately not dairy free, but delicious for those who can tolerate dairy.
RECIPE
GF, Makes about 20 snacks
Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1 small onion finely diced
1 cup of grated tasty cheese
1/2 cup of ground almonds
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
Steam the cauliflower until nice and soft and then mash up with a potato masher. Transfer 3 cups into a mixing bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Take about a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball and place on baking paper. Do this for the rest of the mixture and place in the oven for about 25-30mins.
Take out once golden and enjoy!
