Healthier Rice

  • Choose brown rice if you can

  • You could try half brown rice, half cauliflower rice to make it a bit healthier

  • You could lessen the amount of rice by a 1/4 and grate zuchinni into it instead

  • You could try cauliflower rice to go with your curry. To make 4 servings - take a head of cauliflower blitz half at a time in the food processor. Put into a cloth bag or teatowel and squeeze all the water out - then saute with some olive oil for 5 mins. Done!
