Easy bread rolls
These bread rolls are so easy and only two ingredients- they are faster than going to the supermarket to buy them.
Recipe
Ingredients (Makes 8)
1 cup flour (I used wholemeal but you could use GF)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup natural yoghurt (I used coconut but you could use dairy)
1 egg whisked for glaze (optional)
Seaseme seeds and sunflower seeds to sprinkle on top
Instructions
Preheat oven lined with baking paper to 180 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except seeds and egg to form a dough. Separate into 8 balls. Brush top with egg and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake for 20 mins. Your done!
