Healthier Chocolate Icecream
This chocolate ice cream is a game changer. Its super yummy and healthy too! Free of all the weird ingredients in supermarket ice cream, quick to make and delicious!
There’s nothing wrong with the ocassional treat if you are otherwise healthy - I love icecream made by Holy Cow - it has just sugar, eggs vanilla and cream, and its so good! Unfortunately I’m yet to find anything at the supermarket that has only real food ingredients, so this is what I like to make when I have an icecream craving.
I always keep a can of coconut cream (check the label to make sure its free of emulsifier) in the fridge and a couple of chopped bananas and avocado in the freezer, for ice cream emergencies so I can whip this one up straight away!
RECIPE

Serves 4 (DF, GF )
2 frozen bananas (chopped into slices before freezing)
1/2 frozen avocado
3 tablespoons of creamy part off the top of coconut cream that has been in the fridge

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in food processer. It takes several minutes and you need may need to mash it up with a fork a couple of times as you go.
Serve straight away for soft serve
Otherwise freeze for an hour for icecream. It’s best used within a week - take out 10 mins before you want to eat it.
