Easy Easter Eggs

These easter eggs are so quick and easy to make, they will be faster to whip up than going to the supermarket. They are also a whole lot better for you than regular easter eggs and you can even get some zinc in there with the pumpkin seeds.

RECIPE

Ingredients

50g melted coconut oil

2 tablespoons cacao powder

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1/4 cup dessicated coconut

3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and pop into moulds. Let set in the freezer for 15mins then enjoy!
