Healthier Chocolate Brownie, Mousse or Fudge

This one gets its sweetness from banana. You can make it into a mousse or fudge or brownie depending on what you have in your cupboard!

Recipe

Serves 6, DF, GF

Take 2 bananas, 1 avo, 1/2 cup nut butter, 1/2 cup cocoa powder and mix together in a food processor.

For brownie add 1 egg (or flax egg = 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoons water and let it sit for 5 mins) and 1/4 tsp baking powder + 1 tablespoon water and mix all together. Line a baking tray with paper and then bake in the oven at 180 for about 30 mins (depending on your oven)

For mousse add 1 egg and then serve as is!

For fudge instead of an egg add 1/2 cup melted coconut oil and place mixture in a medium sized container lined with baking paper and let set in the freezer for an hour or so. We have tried all the versions and my family love it!!!
