Healthier Wraps
This recipe from mikki williden is super easy and a great alternative to store bought wraps which are full of artificial ingredients and vegetable oils.
For one wrap whisk two eggs and 1 tablespoon chia seeds. Let sit for a few mins (while you go brush your hair or something). Then pop in oven, in a tray lined with baking paper for 10mins on 150 degrees while you prepare your filling. I used roast veggies, pesto and feta but you could also do a sweet version with natural yoghurt, berries, banana and nut butter. Enjoy
