Sugar Free Dressing Ideas

1.      Harissa dressing = Nadia lim’s recipe for harissa paste (leave out brown sugar – still tastes great) and mix equal parts coconut yoghurt or plain yoghurt.

2.      Mint coconut dressing – mix ¼ cup coconut yoghurt, juice half lemon, ½ teaspoon chilli flakes and some chopped mint

3.      Coriander dressing – ideal for thai salmon cakes, mix 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt, juice lemon and 1/4 teaspoon ground corinader

4.      Salad dressing – 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon tahini, 1 lemon juiced and 1 clov of garlic crushed
